mcw Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the mcw platform ("Platform", "Site") and its users ("Member", "User"). These terms apply to users residing in Bangladesh and are written in Bengali.

Certain words used in this document have specific meanings:

• "mcw" or "we" — the organisation that operates the platform.
• "Member" or "User" — any person who accesses the mcw platform, whether registered or not.
• "Account" — the personal profile assigned to each member.
• "Service" — all gaming, betting, and related features available on the mcw platform.
• "Money" or "৳" — the currency of Bangladesh, Bangladeshi Taka.

To become a member of mcw, you must register with accurate and complete information. If the information provided at registration is found to be false or incomplete, mcw reserves the right to close the account at any time.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each person may create only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the balances may be forfeited.
• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, and contact details at the time of registration.
• Transferring or selling an account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• The registered mobile number or email address must be active and usable.

2.2 Identity Verification

mcw may request a copy of a national identity card or passport at any time to verify a member's identity. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until the verification process is complete.

All services on the mcw platform are available only to persons aged 21 or older. Anyone under the age of 21 may not create an account or access any service.

If false information is provided regarding age, the account will be closed immediately and all associated funds will be forfeited. Where age verification is required, mcw will request a government-approved document, and account activity will be restricted until verification is complete.

Each member is fully responsible for keeping their account login details (username and password) confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is strictly prohibited.

4.1 Password Policy

• Use a password of at least 8 characters containing uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• It is recommended that you change your password regularly.
• Please avoid using the same password on multiple sites.

4.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the mcw support team immediately. mcw will not be responsible for any funds unauthorisedly withdrawn from an account due to a member's own negligence.

4.3 OTP and Verification Codes

An OTP may be sent to confirm registration or transactions. Never share this code with anyone — no mcw representative will ever ask for your OTP by phone or chat.

Financial transactions on the mcw platform are handled through mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh. Currently, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are accepted for deposits and withdrawals.

5.1 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Amounts below this may not be credited to the account.
• Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made from another person's account will be rejected and returned.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking number registered to the account.
• To withdraw from a bonus, the specified wagering conditions must be met.

5.3 Transaction Verification

mcw reserves the right to carry out additional identity verification before processing large withdrawals. If a suspicious transaction is identified, it will be held until an investigation is complete.

mcw offers bonuses and promotional offers to members from time to time. Each bonus has its own conditions that the member must follow.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement will be ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.

6.2 General Bonus Conditions

• A time limit may apply for using a bonus.
• While a bonus is active, wagering must be done only on eligible games or categories.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• Attempting to withdraw after receiving a bonus without meeting the conditions will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being cancelled.
• mcw reserves the right to modify bonus conditions or withdraw a bonus at any time.

6.3 Other Promotions

mcw runs various promotions including weekly reload rewards, cricket festival bonuses, and Friday slot offers. Separate conditions apply to each promotion and will be clearly stated on each promotion page.

All gaming and betting activities on the mcw platform are conducted according to specific rules.

7.1 Game Operation

• All game results are determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer and are impartial.
• The specific rules for each game are shown on that game's page.
• If a connection is lost during a game, the result will be determined based on the last status saved on the server.

7.2 Sports Betting

• Bets placed before a match starts apply only up to the designated result of that match.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the bet will be voided and the deposit returned.
• In a multi-bet, if one selection is wrong, the entire bet will be lost.
• mcw reserves the right to cancel bets placed due to an obvious pricing error.

7.3 Live Casino

In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final. If a game stops midway due to a technical issue, a decision will be made based on the information saved on the server.

Involvement in any of the activities listed below will result in the account being closed immediately and the associated funds may be forfeited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Exploiting or manipulating the bonus system unfairly.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or place bets.
• Conducting transactions involving money laundering or illegal funds.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Engaging in harassing, abusive, or threatening behaviour towards other members or staff.
• Using a false identity or another person's identity.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address.

mcw reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• If identity verification is found to be incomplete or false.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Under the direction of a legal authority.

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

If a member wishes to close their account, please contact the support team. Withdraw any valid balance before closing — recovering the balance of a closed account may be difficult.

9.2 Self-Exclusion Feature

If a member feels that gaming is becoming harmful to them, they may request that their account be suspended for a specified period. Details on this can be found in the Responsible Gaming Policy.

mcw operates this platform on an "as is" basis. mcw accepts no responsibility for the following:

• Loss caused by technical issues, server outages, or internet connectivity problems.
• Account information being compromised due to the member's own negligence.
• Issues arising from third-party services (mobile banking).
• Any indirect or incidental losses.

In all circumstances, mcw's maximum liability is limited to the current balance in that member's account.

mcw keeps members' information secure through SSL encryption and modern security technology. Personal information is not sold to third parties — however, information may be shared with the relevant authorities where legally required.

mcw reserves the right to change, amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified by email or through the platform.

Continuing to use the platform after updated terms have been published will be taken to mean that the member has accepted the new terms. It is therefore recommended to visit this page regularly to view the latest version of the terms and conditions.

If you do not agree with the new terms, stop using the platform and request that your account be closed.
